Let's hope year 2009 will be a great year for all of us. May everything runs smoothly for ppl around me.

I don't really love Chinese New Year cos every Chinese New Year, my family will go to Malaysia to celebrate the festive with my Grandparents. Cos our family don't have car, we have to always share with other family to travel to Malaysia. So my wish for every year is to have a car so that we can have our own transportation and that we do not need to rely on others to go to Malaysia.
This year is no exception. As usual, we have to wait for relatives to send us to Malaysia. Hence me and my father have to wait till Sunday for my 3rd Uncle to send us. This year, i'm down with flu and cough, so while waiting i slept till my uncle came to fetch us.

Reach Grandma's hse already 8pm, settle down for reunion dinner (steamboat) + BBQ. Food was delicious and it was great to see all my uncles & aunties. There was fireworks too. My phone low batt so these few days, didn't capture any pictures.

Went to temple and pray.
Went to 摸鱼. All these is every year must do one lah. Super funny cos every year must go this temple to touch the fishes. If you manage to touch the whole fish,you will be able to strike TOTO/4D for the rest of the year. Being the ToTo Family, our family will always stand there until they touch the fish, else they won't go away one. Wahahaah!! so every year, have to wait for a very long time for the adults to touch the fish then we can go.
Watch the TV shows Was interested in the horoscope thingy. Stephen Chow's shows are damn funny. Danial Wu is so handsome.

Laze around, watch the cousins play manjong and poker cards, practically slept the whole day. wasn't feeling well. Menses Cramp

Went to Lao Dear's hse and 拜年. Then went to Lao Dear's 阿妈 hse. Damn fun collected quite a no of HongBaos and also win some $$ too. At first i was scare to go cos officially this is my first time go his 阿妈 hse to 拜年. I scare i disgraced him, but anyway it turn out to be really fun cos his family like similar to my family so no scare no scare. His Ah Ma very cute, his Mum even more cute. His Mum is always 16 years old.. can become his sister liaoz.

Hee hee. Lao Dear, enjoyed myself ytd. How i wish time do not pass so fast. Look forward to seeing you on friday nite.Heez

Our blog shop for the Valentine's Day flowers is up.

Ytd night went to Chinatown, the crowd over there wasn't a lot, new year stocks were also very limited. Prices wasn't very attractive too. All in all, our family was there just to immersed ourselves in the festive of the Chinese New Year aura. Went home after shopping for 2 hrs only, so you can imagine how boring Chinatown is. Maybe the stall vendors anticipated that, now Singapore is facing a recession, they dare not order more stock, moreover the scandal of the tinted milk also caused the confidence level of China products to go down.

Saw in yahoo news that A Chinese female student was decapitated in a campus cafe at Virginia Tech (US). My god, the head kanna chop off lehz, so scary. There's a lot of happenings recently in the wholewide world. Does it spell trouble for the next generation?

i hope not... anyway .. so tired now, not been sleeping well for the past few days. Ltr still going go FW, then tomolo morning i'm going to grandma house in Malaysia. Woowoo Hahahaha!!

4 solid days to rest well! Yipee !!

Slept at 4am and woke up at 8am today.. so tired .. but glad that at least i've done some work.
lots of time was spend looking for the layout. We need a clear navigation so that ppl can buy easily online. My mastermind. Today will go hm after class to redo it.. hopefully this time round, by 4 am i will be in Lalala land! .

Went to see Doc, will remember to take my medicine punctually cos i want to be well & kicking. Ytd manage to tidy one of my wardrobe and small cabinets. I also manage to clear one big bag of shoes. Oh my! the sides of my shoes is always torn, b'cos i got fat feet, so every time my shoes all torn by the side. Wasted, i also can't bear to throw away, but can't to think of it, all those shoes is when i'm in poly time buy one, some more is on sale, then i buy it. Anyway, my mama say i can go Thailand and buy one dozen back. so nvm... whahahahaha. ..
Today after Fw, have to go back do do editing for my RosyParadise. Time is running out, I hope i'll be able to do a gd job.

kanna scolded by Lao Dear, for not picking up the phone whenever he called. Lao Dear, is partly b'cos my phone on silent mode, the other reason is I'm really too busy, busy with New Year preparations.

Today is a tiring day.
First in the morning, forgot to bring flowers for elena. Thinking the class starts at 9am, mi faster faster rush out, forgotfulness i must say.
Nvm cos today is go Raffles Place City Campus, I've nv been before hencxe, i wanted to come out early and explore the place. Upon reaching Raffles Place Mrt Station, the station itself is crowded with the working class people. The ladies mostly wear a shirt and a nice pants or skirt to pair with not forgtetting killer heels. The guys will be wearing a crisp shirt with smart pants and a tie. The bags mostly seen there are Gucci and coach. Kaoz.
Really, Shenton way is really different fr those neighbourhood or rather those Ubi or paya lebar. Definately, the dress style is different. Anyway, i walked a big round too, just to cross over to the other side of the road.
After reaching the campus, then i realise dis 9:30. Kuku mi also nv check properly. So started class, i like not quite understand. So after Chinese New Year, must really buck up and revise my work constantly else bad grades will look for me liaoz.

Feeling a little depressed today, but words of encouragment comes fr Lao Dear, so spirts lighten up a lot. Very tired now. Have to stay up until 5am to bake the pineapples tart. This year pineapple tarts quite nice, but the colour of the topping like a little black, is not cooked by my mama, of course like substandard. but still it taste well too .. nevertheless, is my grandma and second auntie who cooked it. Rarely, they cooked but at least they did show some efforts.

Tomolo i will be going to Far East Flora at Thomson Rd with Guang to look at the flowers and the types of side flowers that we will be taking.. After which is FW. then maybe at nite after FW help y mama bake finish the pineapple tarts. I also have to do editing for the pictures and the blog layout.

PheEz, still i can't wait for Sunday to come. Cos this is the day that you can finally SMELL me!! wahahahahahahah!!!

As time is nearing, we must do things even faster. hopefully by the end of this week, we are able to start adverrtising, hopefully orders will be in by the end of next week. Then we will see how this min Biz is feasible or not. Anyway, as i have said, we are still young. Even at this stage, we must learn to accept failure. Whether we like it or not, we must learn from our mistakes. Although mi and shan have start up a mini Biz selling clothes before. It taught me a lesson too . But anway, must choose a partner to do Biz carefully. Cos Biz is a very time-consuming thing. We must really learn to juggle between our full-time job & this side line.


Ytd went mini-shopping with mama & sis. Time bonding session. Today will go running with sis. and after that will eat my mama's cooking. is i specially ask her cook one. Through is a simple fare, whenever i'm home or i feel like eating anything. My mama will sure cook for me.

Serene's wedding on 11.01.2009 has ended with a beautiful note .. through not a lavish wedding, but still their love for each other hopefully will be everlasting..

A nitemare i think will begins for me now as on hand there's a lot of things to be done.

Pictures during the dinner. Being an emcee is not a easy task but still i gain experience, Young doesn't come twice through opportunity doesn't come twice but you can fight for opportunities. Hence young doesn't come twice cos no matter what as you grow old, your thinking will also change. I truly believe that thinking changes with age.

For now, i hope
1) to eat fish been hoon for for thrice 1 week,
2) to attend cardio mix for 8 weeks (with elena) --Yipee_ bestie's acc
3) to attend and do homework for crazy teacher for F5
4) to set up a mini business during Valentine's day
5) to pass for F5 & F6

7) running for at least twice a week
8) and lastly not to quarrel with Lao Dear

Super uber tired! but is okie cos i asked for it. going to be real busy these few days..
Gosh! still left 2 more days to Serene's big day. Is the first time I am so involved in a wedding. From morning sisters to evening being the emcee. I just wanna try everything when i'm still young. No matter whether i mess it up or have done well, i still knoe that i tried my best in getting things done.
Today go home must do a lot of preparations, as i dun wanna waste too much money, i have to do everything myself like getting a manicure, getting my hair done & getting my make up done - all by myself. Hopefully will not be a flop!!

a quarrel with you again!
are we able to stop quarrel for a while.. . . .
personalities crash i really think.
i read the 晚报 for the forecast for yr 2009.
It says we beta dun meet too often or else our relationships will be strained and
it will lead to break-ups. I don't really believe in it but as you can see is only the beginning of the year, and we are already quarrelling.. too much for me to take and for you to wallow ... I really don't mean to flare up .. but is always your tone your always sure confirm correct 大道里. Is not that i don't wanna listen, but say once is enough liaoz .. saying many things even you yourself will also feels nagging if you were in my shoes..

* anyway on a lighter note, i hope everything will be fine .. i just hope so ...

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes that I need or want to make for year 2009.

1. Spend More Time with Family & Friends
Make plans to meet up with friends for an evening of comaraderie lovely restaurant or take the family to one of those popular attractions (is not only for tourist!). Work shouldn't always come first!

2. Fit in Fitness
Regular exercise has been associated with more health benefits than anything else known to man. Studies show that it reduces the risk of some cancers, increases longevity, helps achieve and maintain weight loss, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure, and even improves arthritis. In short, exercise keeps you healthy and makes you look and feel better.

3. Tame the Butt
Setting reasonable goals and staying focused are the two most important factors in sticking with a weight loss BUTT program

4. Enjoy Life More
Try something new! Take up a new hobby like Kick Boxing or try my hand at dancing.
Go to a theatre/concert performance or indulge in spa and water sports activities.

5. Learn Something New
Maybe considering a career change, learn a new language, or just khow to fix my computer?

6. Help Others
Volunteering and donate more money.

7. Get Organized
A more organized life.

8. Pass ACCA exams
Hopefully, I will be able to pass 4 modules without retaking.

9. Holiday to Bangkok & Hong Kong
Here I come Shopping paradise “Bangkok” & a diverse modern metropolis steeped in unique blends of Eastern and Western traditions “Hong Kong”

10. Earn more money
With more money, I suppose all the above resolutions will be easier to achieve.

Heez Heez, hopefully by the end of Yr 2009. All these resolutions will be done!
